The tools facilitate the process of sequence organization of the various activities that are to be undertaken. The tools help the managers assign various duties to the teams undertaking various projects. These tools define the details and the level of sophistication of each of the duties under consideration. Various features and methodologies are used here.

Each of the activities and the operations are related to each other in some way. The definition of relationship is done during the resource allocation. Dependency charts show how each of the processes and operations depend on each other. The charts are leveled against the resources that have been made available in each case.

Each operation within a venture uses various resources. The resources that the manager through the application allocates each of the operations in question are defined during the parameters assessments. In the event that any of the unknown parameters increase, the system is updated. The increases ought to be maintained within the scope of operations.

The warning systems are used for giving warnings to the managers if the use or assimilation of a certain resource critically exceeds the budgeted level. The signals enable the managers to manage the available resources well. Any changes in the use are updated in the systems.

The managers also should be able to deal with the discrepancies between the actual and the expected results from these systems. The reconciliation ensures that the intended goals are met.
